We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Privacy Policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the data processing on this website.
Contact form
If you submit an inquiry to us via the contact form, the data you provide (name, dog's name if applicable, email address, telephone number, desired service, message) is stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The form is technically submitted via our hosting provider Vercel and the email service Resend. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Care Agreement and service contract
As part of a Care Agreement or service contract, we collect additional information about you and your dog (including the animal's health data, emergency contacts, veterinarian details). This data is used exclusively for the safe, species-appropriate care of your dog and is not passed on to or sold to third parties — except for legally required reports to the cantonal veterinary office in accordance with our GTC.
Google Maps
On our contact page, we offer a map from Google Maps. This is only embedded after a deliberate click on "Load map". Only then is a connection established to servers of Google LLC (USA), which may transmit data such as your IP address. Information on this can be found in the Privacy Policy of Google.
Our WhatsApp contact button opens a chat via the WhatsApp service (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited). The privacy provisions of WhatsApp and Meta apply when using this service.
Hosting
This website is hosted via Vercel. When visiting the website, technically necessary server log data (including IP address, time of access, page accessed) is automatically collected to ensure the operation of the website.
Web analytics
We use the privacy-friendly analytics service GoatCounter to anonymously evaluate page views. GoatCounter does not use cookies and does not collect any personal identifiers; it is not possible to identify individual persons. The service is only loaded if it is actively configured on our site.
Fonts
We embed all fonts locally (self-hosted). No connection is established to external font servers.

You have the right at any time to information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data stored with us. Simply get in touch with info@pfoten-pfad.ch.
