Opening hours

Dogs can only be dropped off and picked up within these hours — outside these hours only by prior arrangement.
Cancellation terms

free cancellation up to 7 days in advance
In the case of later cancellations, the full price for the booked spot will be charged. Cancellation fees are due immediately, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
General notes
- All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).
- Payment is made in cash or by invoice, at the latest when the dog is handed over.
- Holiday stays are to be paid at the latest at the start of the stay.
- This price list forms part of the Care Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions.
